CNB one-offs: perfect mastery of both aluminium and composite
CNB’s aluminium building process has upheld the yard’s reputation for more than twenty years. This “historic” material is completely mastered: precise shapes and curves, welded to perfection. Dozens of aluminium boats built since 1987 demonstrate the talent of CNB’s welders and sheet metal workers. Mari-Cha II, Victoria T, Grand Bleu Vintage are among our most striking yachts, as well, of course, as the CNB 76 Grand Bleu II, the “accidental” pioneer of the semi-custom production at CNB.
More than fifteen years after the specialised team in high tech composite construction was set up - using the vacuum infusion technique since 1996 - CNB has acquired an unrivalled expertise having built more than 150 cruising catamarans and many racing yachts. Blue Sky Messenger (CNB 65) was launched early in 2000, and was followed by the famous Only Now (CNB 104), Simeron (CNB 82), Hamilton II (CNB 117), the CNB 105 and of course the astonishing CNB 100 Chrisco.
